Our 24,000 sq ft distillery plays host to our state of the art distillation equipment, comprising of:

• 1 x 100 litre test still, Rose
• 1 x 500 litre small batch still, Stansfield.
• 1 x 5,000 litre large batch still, Molly.
• 5 x 10,000 litre blending tanks.
• 4,500 litres of fermenting space.
