Join us at Louth Distillery for our Gin School experience, where you’ll delve into the world of distillation by making your very own gin and learn about how Pin Gin came to be. You’ll spend an amazing few hours in our brand new distillery school, a great experience to share with friends and family. Who will make the best gin?!
PIN GIN
Pin Gin is Lincolnshire’s first gin and was launched in 2016 by Alan Bottomley and his partner Amy. Alan’s father had taught him to distil whisky and he decided to move from his career as an engineer in order to put some of these skills to use with Giraffe Distillers’ first gin. Pin Gin is distilled at our distillery in Louth, Lincolnshire and is inspired the surrounding countryside. The gin features 10 botanicals including rose, black pepper, lavender, cucumber and ground almonds.
RUM CAT
Lincolnshire’s Finest Golden Rum, Rum Cat is the brainchild of Giraffe Distillers and was inspired by the family cat! A base of Caribbean rum has been spiced with cinnamon and ginger, and sweetened with fresh pineapple and bananas for a truly tropical tipple. Ginger beer ought to serve this one rather well!
